Admission of the Public and Media
Members of the Public and Media are welcome to attend in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meeting) Act 1960 Section 1 extended by LGA 1972 Section 100.
Public Participation
Public Participation will take place before the commencement of the meeting and will be strictly in accordance with Standing Order No. 11.
The "Annual Town Meeting" Of the Electorate will be held on Thursday 15th March 2007, in the Civic Hall at 7.30pm, Please Note this is NOT A COUNCIL MEETING but an opportunity for the electorate to ask the Town Councillors questions and raise any issues connected with the Town.
It will also include reports from the Mayor and the Chair of each committee.
