Councillor Dr N Hards declared a personal interest in planning application P06/W0547 as his neighbour is related to the applicant by marriage and the applicant has done work on his house.

It was noted that a letter had been received from South Oxfordshire District Council about public speaking in connection with Planning Applications P97/W0721/O and P00/W0626/O, Ladygrove East.
The letter was dealt with under Standing Order 40 (delegation of urgent and routine matters) as the response deadline for public speaking was before the next monthly meeting of the Town Council.
Councillor Mrs M Turner represented the Town Council at the District’s Planning Committee meeting.

It was noted that a letter had been received from South Oxfordshire District Council about public speaking in connection with Planning Application P06/W0200, 21-25 Weavercroft; at the District’s Planning Committee meeting of 7th June 2006 the application was deferred to 21st June 2006 pending a site visit.
It was agreed that Councillor Dr N Hards should represent the Town Council at that meeting but noted that the matter would need to be dealt with under Standing Order 40 (delegation of urgent and routine matters) as the response deadline for public speaking is before the next monthly meeting of the Town Council.
