Minutes of the meeting held on 6th September 2006 were approved and signed as a true and correct record.

251. MATTERS ARISING

(a) Minute 219(e) – 45 Wantage Road, Didcot

It was confirmed that Councillor Mrs M Davies had attended the appeal hearing relating to planning application P05/W1031, 45 Wantage Road. The Planning Inspector was commended for conducting the hearing in an informal and inclusive manner.

(b) Minute 219(f) - South Oxfordshire Planning Enforcement Policy

It was noted that the draft response to South Oxfordshire District Council’s draft Planning Enforcement Policy was available and would be included for discussion and recommendation on the agenda of the Planning and Development Committee meeting being held on 4th October 2006.

A copy of the draft response will be forwarded to all members of the Council in advance of the meeting being held on 4th October 2006.

252. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

All agreed that Standing Orders be suspended for the following speaker to address the committee in accordance with Standing Order 13.
