31. ELECTION OF CHAIR FOR 2009/2010

There was one nomination for Chair, Mrs A Service.
Upon being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED that Councillor Mrs A Service be elected Chair for 2009/2010.

32. ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIR FOR 2009/2010

There was one nomination for Vice-Chair, Mrs M Flood.
Upon being put to the vote it was:

RESOLVED that Councillor Mrs M Flood be elected Vice-Chair for 2009/2010.

39. OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL - REVIEW OF SUBSIDISED BUS SERVICES

Details were circulated of Oxfordshire County Council’s review of subsidised bus services. It was explained that the only bus service currently under review which served Didcot was route 36 which linked Wantage, East Hanney and Didcot.

As the deadline to respond was 3rd July 2009, members were asked to feedback any comments they had on this review to the Deputy Town Clerk in time for the next meeting of the Planning Committee on 10th June 2009. These comments would then be compiled and reported to the committee.
