The Didcot Town Council offices are located in the Civic Hall; the small team of staff is led by the Town Clerk, Dominic Stapleton, supported by: Karen Dodd as the Deputy Town Clerk, Brenda Andrews as the Outdoor Services Manager, Sharon Hickman the Finance and Administration Officer and Sue Atkins who manages the Information Centre.
The Council’s parks, gardens and cemetery are managed by, the Outdoor Services Manager, Brenda Andrews, who leads a team of seven; Paul Copley the Gardening Supervisor, Justin Strong, Steve Andrews and Richard Dowling, Gardener/Handyman, John Jones the Gatekeeper/Gardener, Neressa Copley the Pavilion Cleaner and an apprentice, Jed Allen.

The Civic Hall is run as a separate organisation to the Town Council, with its own constitution. The management of the hall rests with the Civic Hall Management Committee, the Town Clerk acts as the Treasurer/Secretary to the Committee which has 6 Town Councillor members and the Civic Hall Manager. The hall is managed on a day to day basis by the Civic Hall Manager. The Manager is supported by a Deputy Manager, two caretaker/cleaners and casual bar staff.
