- What flags we should fly

- The dates they should be flown

- The rationale for flying those flags on those dates.

Town Awards Evening 2019

Smallbone Play Area Update

Following the incident yesterday Police are still currently at Smallbone Rec Play Area and will remain there for the next few hours. Minor repairs are required to some of the play area equipment and we have been advised to close the play area until the work can be arranged. Therefore, please do not use the play area until further notice. Thank you for your patience.

Planning Committee 19.06.19 cancelled

The Planning Committee due to be held tonight at 7:30pm has been cancelled due to the ongoing incident in Smallbones Recreation Ground. Police have requested that people do not come to the area.

Oxfordshire County Council - Traffic Sensitive Street Consultation

Oxfordshire County Council have received a request from a consultee who requested the traffic sensitive street data was made available in spreadsheet format and given time to analyse.

They have uploaded the traffic sensitive street list in spreadsheet format onto the portal and have extended the deadline on the consultation to Friday 21st June to give all an opportunity to review the proposed changes... Read More »

Grant Aid Award

Grant Aid Award

Didcot Town Council gave a Grant Aid Award to 12th Didcot Scout Group towards equipment for the Scouts.

They were awarded £1500 to help pay for some event shelters, shelving, first aid kits etc.

A copy of the report we received from 12th Didcot Scouts is attached.

Temporary Road Closure at B4493 Didcot Road, Didcot

A request has been received from Thames Water for a temporary road closure to apply to a section of B4493 Didcot Road, Didcot whilst essential new water connection works are carried out.

A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is being made to implement the temporary closure and will operate from 7am on 13 July 2019 to 6am on 15 July 2019 and 7am on 20 July 2019 to 6am on 22 July 2019.
