If you sign up, you'll receive £168 for the day, working from 6am until the finish around 10.30pm.

New Voter ID Requirement
From 4 May 2023, voters in England will need to show photo ID to vote at polling stations in some elections.
This will apply to:
- Local elections
- Police and Crime Commissioner elections
- UK parliamentary by-elections
- Recall petitions
From October 2023 it will also apply to UK General elections.

The Queen’s Green Canopy Tree Planting
The Queen's Green Canopy (QGC) is a unique tree planting initiative created to mark Her Majesty's Platinum Jubilee in 2022. Following the death of Her Majesty The Queen, and the wishes of His Majesty The King, the initiative was extended to the end of March 2023.

Didcot Town Council has refurbished St Annes Play Park in Fleetmeadow
Didcot Town Council has refurbished St Annes Play Park in Fleetmeadow. The park has some new, exciting pieces of equipment suitable for children under the age of 12.
As with all the Town Council owned/managed Play Parks in Didcot, please do not litter and be aware that dogs are not allowed in the play areas.

New Ability Swing in Loyd Recreation Ground
Didcot Town Council has recently installed a brand-new Ability Swing in Loyd Recreation ground. This swing enables wheelchair users to use a swing, without the need to leave their chair and is only accessible using a RADAR key.
The swing is the first of its kind in Didcot, and only second one in Oxfordshire.
Users are reminded to read and understand all instructions before use.
