How to apply for blue badges, bus passes and parking permits in Oxfordshire

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the application process for blue badges, bus passes and parking permits has been changed.

Libraries are currently acting as validation points only, rather than taking full applications in person, and customers now need to book an appointment in advance.

New Process:

1- You must start your application either online at oxfordshire.gov.uk or via the direct line to the Concessionary Fares Team where they will be assisted. For bus passes and parking permits 0345 310 111 and blue badges 0345 050 7666.

2- Once the application has been started in this way, you will then need to book an appointment at a participating library to have your documents validated and photograph taken (as required) or scan in your own documents if you are able to do so.
