Taylor Wimpey Public Exhibition

Taylor Wimpey would like to invite you to their consultation event on Wednesday 4 October, 1:30pm to 7:30pm at The Apple Hall, GWP District Community Centre, 1 Gentian Mews, Great Western Park, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 6GR to view their reserved matters development proposals for 284 new homes and associated landscaping.

In 2022 outline planning permission was granted for land at Valley Park for up to 4,254 new homes including 35 percent affordable housing, public open spaces, sports pitches, primary schools, and community facilities including new healthcare provision.

Taylor Wimpey is holding a public consultation event to gather the views of local residents and businesses in the community in relation to the parcel of land 2Tb (Dahlia View), as identified in the Valley Park Phasing Plan.

This will take place before submitting a Reserved Matters planning application to the Vale of White Horse District Council.
