Come and be a local hero; join the Town Council litterpick from 10 - 12 on Saturday 30th March. Congregate at either the Civic Hall or on Ladygrove, but please let us know that you are coming by e mailing events@didcot.gov.uk so we can get enough equipment to each site...

Grant Aid Award

Grant Aid Award

Didcot Town Council gave a Grant Aid Award to Didcot Library for activities to coincide with the children's Summer Reading Challenge.

The Council gave an award of £300 which helped fund various entertainers at the Summer events.

Old stacking chairs

The Council have available approx. 120 chairs (various conditions) free to a Charity, Parish Council or club.

If you are interested and would like to view them please contact Tony Rudge via email trudge@didcot.gov.uk.

They will need to be collected or could be delivered locally for a small fee.

Didcot Town Council gave a Grant Aid Award to Anna Gattrel and her team of helpers to provide a free Christmas lunch for lonely people in Didcot.

The £500 awarded helped pay for the food and drinks and free hampers for all those who attended.

In the past we have helped fund equipment for schools, scout groups or family fun days like the Town Fayre or Greek Day.
