Didcot Town Awards - Nominations Now Open!

Last year Rachel and Steve Hunter won the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Didcot Town Awards.

Rachel and Steve Hunter have been volunteering at 23rd Scouts for 20 years, teaching kids vital skills and taking them on treks and camps in all weather.

Robin McStay is the leader for Didcot Health Walks, which runs twice a week plus social events for the walking group too.

Daniel was nominated because during lockdown he set up a support group for veterans with mental health issues.

Daniel Lloyd was nominated for his charity Markers for Mindfulness. He collects stationery supplies for schools to help them save money on their school budget.

SMAF Oxford are a family-run martial arts school based in Oxfordshire. Father and son, Mark and Mitchell Currie have been involved in martial arts for most of their lives and clearly have a passion for their sport and for the community.
