Smallbone Recreation Ground – New Play Area
Monday 16th March 2020 marked the official opening of the new and improved Smallbone Recreation Ground play area. It was opened by the Mayor of Didcot, Cllr Anthony Dearlove.
We thank FCC Communities Foundation for their generous grant of £50,000 towards the refurbishment.
The Leader of the Town Council Cllr Mocky Khan and Cllr Pam Siggers were also at the opening.

Didcot Town Council's Litterpick
Didcot Town Council is organising it's annual litterpick in 2 locations in Didcot (Civic Hall area and Ladygrove) for Saturday 28th March 2020 from 10am and we are asking for volunteers!
If you would like to take part, please email events@didcot.gov.uk and clarify which location you would prefer.

Road Closure - Thursday 28th November 2019
Please note the Broadway between the Fire Station and Barclays Bank will be closed from 3pm until 9.30pm on Thursday 28th November 2019 for the Christmas Street Fair.

Summer Fayre 2020 - Grant Funding Opportunity for Community Organisations:
Didcot Town Council would like to invite applications from charitable, voluntary, or non-profit making organisations to apply for a grant of up to £4000 to run this year's Summer Town Fayre. Applications are being taken in line with the Council's grant giving policy.

On Friday 19th October 2018 Didcot Town Council held our annual Town Awards Evening to celebrate the local heroes that deserve a thank you for their contribution to our community.
Now in its 26th year it was bigger and better than ever with lots of new award categories to reflect the breadth of contributions that are made.
