Healthwatch Oxfordshire would like to hear from people living in the Didcot area about what it is like to find and use health care and local services.
The county's independent health and social care watchdog has launched a survey asking residents of the town and the surrounding villages for their views on what works well and what could be better.

Each October the District Councils work the Fire Service and Trading Standards to offer free electrical safety checks for older and vulnerable people who use electric blankets to keep warm during the colder months.
This year due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place, electric blankets will be collected from people's homes to be tested instead of people bringing their blankets to a venue to be tested.... Read More »

On 25 July when leisure centres could reopen most of the centres across the two districts were able to do so under the government's covid-19 guidance. However, with restrictions on social distancing and keeping the health and safety of staff and customers paramount not all the facilities at the centres were able to open from the start.
